Such fantastic customer service! Surely one of the best yarn shops in the whole country. Carmen s attention to detail and commitment to running an excellent small business with very high standards is second to none. We visited for my birthday and I spent time in the shop on two occasions while we were in Bath and had the best time choosing yarn and chatting to Carmen and her colleague. Shops like this are SO important and I want Carmen and her small team of staff to know just how much we all value them being there. Online service is also truly excellent. Five stars and I defy anyone to say otherwise.
