I would give 1 star however Jonah the sales rep was wonderful. He did his job and was very friendly not pushy and helped us explore our options. I feel bad for Jonah though because the workers themselves are bad and it made me never want to use this company again. We had purchased new roofs for a carport and a workshop (two small roofs). Our insurance company was requiring these be taken care of in a designated amount of time. We made sure they understood this and they assured us they would be done. We signed the contract in September and it took almost 2 months and me constantly calling the company to figure out what was going on. First they said they didn t have the material then they said they didn t have the equipment then it was just a scheduling issue. It seems to me they are over booking their workers and making promises to customers they can t keep. I was very disappointed.
