Just was on the phone with someone by the name of James employee number #8996. Not even sure he gave me his correct name and employee number but that s what he gave me when I asked to speak with someone else due to his RUDE and over talking demeanor!!! This guy needs to be RETRAINED on customer service skills!!! He needs to learn how to
talk to people without being DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!
His RUDENESS was UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!
