Very unkind to me when I had to give my cats up due to financial problems.. I was crying from parting ways with my cats and the woman was very rude and brisk with me. Wouldn't let me say goodbye to my cats at all. Rushed me out of the building like neither me nor my cats mattered. Now I have serious separation anxiety from them because I never had a proper goodbye. Very very unhappy.
