Bicycle concepts (have an Inflite AL SLX and an Exceed CF SLX): 5 stars
Bike quality: 5 stars for the Exceed, 1 star for the Inflite (see below)
Customer service: Unfortunately only 1 star, processes have to be significantly better, see below.

Actually great bikes with a good price-performance ratio, BUT obviously poor quality on the aluminum frame of the Inflite and faulty processes in service:

On my Inflite AL SLX, I already had two cracks in the frame at the transition from the top tube to the seat tube. The first time I complained, I sent the bike in and got it back relatively quickly. However, there was an invoice with the bike that I naturally ignored. Then came reminders. After I disagreed, a phone call came with an apology.
When the second crack occurred, I received the frame with the option of exchanging the frame at the dealer for a refund from Canyon. Now I have received the second reminder for the frame and despite three requests, the costs for the frame exchange have not been reimbursed, I've been waiting for about 4 weeks. Obviously there are not only quality problems with the bike but also errors in the processes for handling warranty cases due to the repetition of the reminders.
Personally, I no longer have the confidence that Canyon can cope with the current market situation. I hope to get better, because I really like my bikes.

UPDATE 8/20/20: After my recession I got an answer after all.
