So the store is very cool, as is the concept. The staff is very friendly and everything is very professional in terms of sales
BUT the service is a disaster. I had a problem with the gear shift during the warranty period. I have opened an e-mail ticket (warranty / service cases will not be accepted by phone). Then no one reported for 2 weeks. Then I got angry again and sent mails and called (incl. Eternal waiting times in the telephone queue). I was told that if you send mails with a repair appointment again, you will continue to slide back in time. Anyway ... I got a service appointment at the end of May (that's about 2 months waiting time!) (And that was Corona). Ultimately, I had the bike repaired at the dealer around the corner. It took a day.
Conclusion: due to the poor service, I will never buy a bike from Canyon again! You only seem to be interested in sales and not in after sales service. Too bad.
