I have needed to write this review for some time now. My coach is Heather Ferrari and she and I are working on sales management coaching. I have been in sales and marketing management for over 20 plus years and have had a number of coaches in my career. Although all of those coaches made an impact on my life and business success, I am not exaggerating when I say that Heather has made the biggest impact since the beginning of my program with her. I appreciate her genuine concern and interest in my success, the professionalism of pre-scheduled coaching times that we are both committed to, and her ability to provide insights, continued education, videos and homework that help me get to the next level. Southwestern Consulting not only takes care of me as a coaching client, but it's obvious that they believe in supporting their coaches in every way possible. I am investing in my sales management success and I am very pleased with the entire experience.
