** frequent flooding and "emergency" water shut offs for hours ** Came home from a vacation to find all my furniture pushed over to one side of the apartment and toiletries all laying in my bathroom floor as if the place had been burglarized...but this was done by their maintenance team. Without calling, emailing, leaving a voicemail or ANYTHING, they tore up the drywall molding and ran dehumidifiers and fans for days while we were gone and left the mess for us to find on our return. The unit has been like this for an entire week and I have NOT yet received a single note, email, call, voicemail from management to even say when they will be back to fix the drywall and moldings they removed. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED and it is not an isolated incident...they shut off the water to the building for hours frequently for plumbing issues in other units on a regular basis. When things like this happen, every effort should be made to notify the tenant of the ENTRY and should immediately follow up with an expedited timeline for repairs...all we have gotten is complete silence from management and don't even know when they intend to comeback to repair the damaged drywalls - COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
