Wonderful location, poor service for what they charge you per night, that is $ 700.00 !! When I finally got to my Maui from the east coast, very tired from the long trip, I had to argue to get the room I reserved. I paid for a Ocean view room and I was given a different room instead. They finally gave me an Ocean view room and told me that it was my upgrade for being a HH diamond member. Really ??? I was very irritated and disappointed. This is the first time my HH status means nothing at a Hilton resort. I had to fight to get my room cleaned almost everyday and this is the first Hilton Hotel that has problems to provide free bottles of water to guests with a status. When I checked out, they did not even asked me how my stay was. Very arrogant attitude !! Maui is beautiful and I will return one day, but will never stay at the Grand Wailea resort again.
