I am thankful for the service of William (salesman) and Jose B. (Financing Officer). I strongly believed they really took care of me during the car buying process. While I felt other salesman were rude, rushing me, and were hovering around me too much during the decision making process, William and Jose did not do any of these things. William allowed me to walk the lot and learn about the cars they have available. These were cars that I had researched in addition to newly added vehicles. He allowed me to test the vehicle with ease and was knowledgeable about my vehicle when I had questions. William's calm and positive attitude was also helpful as I closed in on a car. Buying a car is a big purchase and I am thankful, I was able to make sure that the car was right for me. Jose was also respectful and provided quality advice on what would be best for me and my car before I drove off the lot. He was upfront about everything and did not get frustrated as I asked for clarification. As a team, they were professional and friendly during the tough process of buying a car and I am super thankful. Lastly, I am very happy with my new vehicle and I hope to do continued business with Toyota of Irving.
