I recently upgraded from a Q50S to a QX60. You need to know that both vehicles were purchased sight un seen and had never taken either for a test drive! The level of trust and respect for the Dixie Infiniti Team is exceptional! This excellence in service and experience was led by the GM Essa who had helped facilitate these transactions while I was recovering at home from Surgery and could not leave the premises. Mustapha, was my Sales Associate who was extremely helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. He even stored my favorite Music station pre-sets in my new SUV!! Lou the Finance Manager was easy to speak to along with providing many options that best suited my needs. Lou also contacted me over a Stat holiday from the Dealership, just to make sure he was following up!At first I was apprehensive in making the switch, BUT after an hour with the Infiniti Dixie Team I was convinced as they treated me well and went behond....I will be back!!!
