DIRTY UNCLEANED ROOMS! My family and myself had ch...

DIRTY UNCLEANED ROOMS! My family and myself had checked in to what we that was a reputable Marriott and come to find an dirty worn shirt in our room with a detached tag on the opposite side of the room! An envelope was left saying a room attendant checked the room prior to our check in yet the previous guests clothing was still in the room! DISGUSTING AND DIRTY! I have NO reason to believe my room was even clean to begin with! On top of that, when called to ask the reason for the dirty clothes left in the room we were only offered $50 compensation when we are paying well over that to stay there each night! You d think with the area you d have better customer service, but we have checked in on Wednesday and leave Saturday and have yet to hear from the front desk manager about further assistance with the issue...today is Friday mid day. I hope corporate can see this to ensure better customer service and compliance of policy for your customers that are PAYING for that!

No manager has even called us back and it s been a week now! No wonder you are losing clientele and other countries see the downfall and stop investing in your stocks. This hotel chain has gone down and no excuse for the lack of customer service you give.
