This place is a joke ! Called the day before I was supposed to check in and requested an early check in. The person I spoke with asked me what time so I said 1:00 and he said sounds good. I arrive the next day at 3:15 for a wedding I was attending at 5:00. Talk to the guy at the front desk and he tells me my room isn't ready. So I begin to tell him I specifically asked for an early check in and how can it not be ready. He said never had any record of it basically calling me a liar. Then he tries to downgrade my room but without lowering my rate for the room I already paid for. He said it would be about an hour so I wait, come back and still not ready. Finally at this point I had to take whatever they gave me because I needed to get ready. This place is poorly run and will not stay here ever again.
