This property management has been responsible for us for some time. The credit that we get back every year via the utility bill is very low, which was never the case with the old property management for years. Since that struck me as a bit strange, I sent an email to the lady on June 19, 2020 who sent me the utility bill and asked why it was so low. Also with the request to send the statement for 2018 so that I can compare it. Unfortunately until today 07/27/2020 no answer. On July 16, 2020 I made the decision to contact the office address, because I also noticed two points in the billing that raise questions. And again I haven't received an answer until today. Today I sent out another email. I am no longer concerned with the utility bill. I think it's just a cheek that people just ignore me and don't have the decency to answer.
