Honestly, if yiu try to get too close to the kabah, it will be hard to enjoy to complete tawaf due to the pushing and hastiness of others and the shouting, but it's better to go to the top floor of Since doing tawaf there is mroe peaceful and you get a way better veiw of the kabah, like in the photos attached
