Very very bad experience. Council give building approval with in 2 months. Then Why Hickinbotham take 5 to 6 month pre -construction time? No meaning to first quotation from sales consultant . There are huge difference between sales consultant quotation and final quotation. Don't take dicision on sales consultant quatation. They only trap customer by giving low price quatation. They always give colour selection date after council approva. One side we got council approval and other side we got final quatation after colour selection. This is very pre plan Process to trap customer. In colour selection , every product quate increase two times to three times . No any staff receive phone call . They only give answer by email or post They don't give any soft copy of document by email . Every thing they only post document by post. They only waste time . Very slow process
