Joe was extremely informative. He knew just which recliners would be best for my height, which is very short.
He was patient and explained the different options in a manner that helped me make my decision on which recliner would best fit my physical need and color & decor style.
I'll definitely buy La-Z-Boy furniture again in the future. Far exceeds the other brands I looked at prior to my final purchase decision.
