Kathie met us personally at the beginning of the project and was highly involved throughout every stage of the project. We were out of town often during the course of the project and I could always count on calls and emails several times a week and photos showing the progress of the project. Remodeling is expensive, but Kathie's work and attention to detail is well worth the cost. I was most impressed by her team's professionalism! Everyone who came through the house over the course of the project treated our home like their own. Their protective measures were top-of-the-line and after each day the teams cleaned up to try to keep the dust down.
Every time that we came home to view the home Kathie offered to meet us to give updates on the status and next stages. At the end of the project Kathie did a final walkthrough with us and the "grand reveal" left us speechless!! Even after the final walkthrough Kathie has always made herself and her team available to fix any problems that come up over the next 1+ year. She stands behind her work!
We will most certainly use Kathie and Maughan Design again in the future!
