Had a horrible experience. Every time I called about an order I placed I was told I'd get a call back and email (never did). It's been a week since I ordered a laptop and they're just now telling me I can't receive the product because they only send to schools. Why did this take a week to figure out? Why did they tell me it was shipped? Why did they even allow the order to go through I'm the first place? Why is there no mention of this policy when I purchased the product?
