I called up and asked if they could give me quick run down on how to use their stud/wire/metal finder, they could'nt tell me how to use it.

A product they make, they were unaware how to use. Let that sink in.

Don't you think the first thing i did was contact that department? It's literally the second word in my review, did you read the review? Your reply just shows more incompetence.
