We have been displaced for over 2 months from Hurricane Laura, and TA has been one of the greatest blessings. They are responsive, kind, compassionate, and on top of their game. We have been in 6 hotels since the storm, and, every time we move a little closer to home, Ricardo has had our bill paid before we even checked in. Literally no work on our part. Even better than him has been Shelby, who has arranged us a rental to call home for the next several months. She has gone over and above in every way possible, and she has genuinely done everything she could to help us in this time.
