Horrible experience with this company. They sent me the wrong card, I called in 5 times before my appointment every step of the way, they first told me I had to drive 25 miles to get the contacts... Then the store denied it because I had the wrong plan # on my card... Then after the exam and paying for everything, they denied the reimbursed. I called in EVERY STEP of the way to be diligent and they confirmed everything I was doing would be covered, then the final response was "we aren't liable for what the call center told you".
