Bill Coleman failed as a trust attorney. My mother hired him in 1999 and he screwed up her estate by not putting the correct assets in the trust. Of course, my mother did not realize it at the time in 1999. She then had him revise it in 2003 and Coleman still DID NOT catch his mistake twice!. They also screwed up on putting the correct APN on the deeds. It was not until she passed in 2016 that I found the mistakes when I administered her trust. Coleman took little responsibility and cost us thousands in probate courts which is the whole point in having a trust; I was trying to avoid court@!!@!. He was incompetent from the beginning. Don't hire this firm because they are the ones supposed to be helping our parents in making a trust and instead has cost stress and waste of trust funds. Although he had to fix it and pay for the mistake, my other lawyer had to clean up the other issues of transferring property. These trust lawyers in Fresno, will tell you, "simple typo errors' but those little errors, end up costing you thousands!! Find another attorney. And Coleman, don't answer this review with some excuse and we both know there are no excuses.
