The location was ideal and the airport shuttle bus a bonus. The check in/out process was simple and no nonsense. All staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Room service was quick and delicious, the cafe great value and the bistro was great for a relaxing drink and meal after a busy day sightseeing!
The pool area was very inviting but unfortunately we didnt have enough time to enjoy it.
The late checkout at no extra cost was great as we had a late flight home.
Many places are an easy walk from the hotel such as the bus stop shopping plaza and cheap eats!
The use of the hotel Smartphone was an excellent idea making our Singapore experience even better!!
