UWSI service has been Lousy lately drivers are unprofessional they take up middle of roads that are narrow to begin with collection service is the real problem if it's not one container that doesn't get collected it's the next today in Azusa Blue Container was never picked up last time it took 2-3 days to return to collect same Blue bin. PISS-POOR MGMNT. !!
