I stayed there last week we had a family suite, the room was small and it has a double bed, flat screen with a not bad bundle of channels, a small fridge a cupboard, pillows weren t comfy and a small partition with 2 sofa beds and a screen with a small desk. The bathroom was the best thing in the room wide and clean but the door doesn t lock it s a swing glass door with no lock
First night was a mess the sheets were not clean and the room wasn t in a better shape it self no soap no shower gel only one small shampoo bottle
Next morning I called the reception and it was fixed
One of the good thing about the place is the staff whom are very nice and helpful and always with a smile
The food, it was disappointing in the first day
But started to get better
And I had a dinner one in the sky restaurant which u need to book your meal and it was excellent place
The aqua and the pools were very nice too many pools and a kids aqua and an adults one
All was lovely
I did not like the quality of the food and snacks at the poor bars or the market place it was cheap and the burgers where poor quality even the ice cream
The beaches where fun beautiful water and I enjoyed parasailing and the banana boat all was good BUT the beach was so hard to walk on COD of the shells and little stone
At last the place is good with some small cons
But the kids liked it and I liked it, thanks to all staff members and especially kareem at the reception
