upgraded to 4 ; As a professional nomad 3 is a good score, meaning i have no remarks, i hardly ever give a 5 , that makes me a critical customer but on the other hand i quickly satisfied with efficient service, and i don't make impossible demands.
Actually the room was nice, and comfy, and a warm bathroom.
Your staff was polite courteous and helpful, although somewhat overwhelmed and slow to react at breakfast ( lost of people coming in for bf). Upon my early arrival your reception staff was in high demand with outbound pax, but they helped me quickly with leaving my stuff and come back later for check-in, efficient handling.
Would i recommend your establishment, yes, i definitely would both for short as for long stay, family holidays etc.
