Because there was no followup on the food from the waitress, I had to hunt her down. She also failed to make sure we had enough cutlery at the table. All food was replaced promptly. To top of the experience, Chuck's places a 3% 'honest to goodness' tax (before government tax), to not have to increase the cost of menu items? Hello?? Same thing, just a very gimmicky tactic to make the actual printed prices in the menu cheaper. Well... Add on 3% beside every price you see. Funny thing is, I work around the corner from this place and I frequent it with business partners for lunch. I'll have a hard time finding a reason to not try alternatives.
