Dear team from the Alpincenter or the hotel, since there was no reply to my personal message, now here publicly:

I've been to the boarding hall several times. Yesterday I made the spontaneous decision to stay overnight on the way to HH and booked this morning, everything went smoothly here.

When I arrived, I was initially negatively surprised that the building needed another coat of paint and the entire outdoor area is untidy, i.e. weeds and Co. When I entered I was pleasantly surprised, the foyer and the rooms make an appealing impression. Here and there are signs of wear and tear on the walls and doors, but you can certainly see that everywhere. Strangely enough, my room was at the very end, although the complex didn't seem fully booked, but appearances can be deceiving. In any case, the lights were off and the hallways dark, are they all broken or are you saving electricity? The bathrobe was free, but at over 100 euros for the standard room it should be included. The employee only wanted to offer me the usual slippers, which one usually gets for free, for 10 euros. I declined with thanks.

I save my impression of the ski hall for myself and you, here you only need to look at your reviews on Facebook, I agree with that. You have to do something here, otherwise nobody will come soon.

After the sporty part, I found out that your interior designer is not a winter sports enthusiast. Neither enough opportunities to hang clothes to air, nor the right hangers for it. Strange for a hotel that has an indoor ski area. In addition, there are no shelves at the showers, everything has to be put on the floor.

I think the sauna village on the first floor is funny and good. Only the explanations of the sauna are missing here, i.e. temperature, humidity, etc. Usually, after taking a sauna, you should go out into the fresh air, but it is better to leave that with you. Unless you like pigeon shit. You have plenty of it on your balcony. Even in the flower pots without flowers it is in there, are those pigeon droppings then? You should also cover the floor openings properly and tighten the joints, the tubs for the foot baths look bad. By the way, one of the showers is missing a shelf, the other one is rusty, I don't know which one is better.

At dinner, the busy waiter recommended me - he had to handle the service of the bar, the restaurant and the buffet all by himself - to take the buffet. No sooner said than done and not much expected for 15 euros including soft drinks. But unfortunately that was not achieved. Pasta and sauce cold, rocket mushy and the machine for juice was off. O-Ton: We only have groups that don't get it and other guests aren't in the house. When I pointed out that I'm not a group, I got a juice from the bar. Good deal. Did the busy waiter from the bar wonder why he had to work on three areas on his own, but at times five cooks or other employees were standing behind the counter and chatting? I dont know.

The couple presented in the company's own magazine as the managing director couple were out in the house, but obviously not for quality control.

Well, well. I am curious whether your complaint management is better than your quality management, but the answers to the complaints on Facebook do not suggest that, and how tomorrow's breakfast will look like.

Have a pleasant evening and see you soon - although, it doesn't look like that at the moment.
