I have yet to sample any of the McMullen ales but wish to compliment this company for being such a pleasure to deal with.

I bought a car that was once in the McMullen ownership. It has been very well looked after.

I asked the Audi dealership (Stansted) that looked after the car for the service history, and even with the e-mailed permission of McMullen's to do so, they refused to help. The GDPR rules clearly state Audi Stansted should have supplied the requested documents as agreed to by McMullen's.

Very surprisingly and way beyond the call of duty, McMullen's sent the full service history of the car to me by email.
They didn't have to do that, but they did and that is why I have posted this review.

So, a stubborn and unnecessarily unhelpful Audi dealership sours a customer, whilst a long-established brewer that had nothing to gain by offering their help, wins the day.

I would particularly like to place on record my sincere thanks to Angie at McMullen's who was polite, professional and without any encouragement, extremely helpful. A sure sign of an ethos that prevails throughout the McMullen organisation.
