I would have picked no stars but google wouldn't allow it. The E-470 is a racket business to take advantage of out of state people just trying to travel through. We weren't contacted about our toll charge until 2 years after the event. So an already exaggerated $10 charge was elevated to $80. We never received a single notice until a collections agency called us. The customer service is a bunch of bureaucratic people with no hearts. The signage for this road needs to be improved and they need to consider another method of payment the day of travel. They won't because its obvious that they profit more from this system they've created. I cannot properly express the contempt I have for this system and the people that work the customer service.
The collection law firm that they send to is also the worst. They yelled at my wife, were sarcastic, not helpful, and deliberately hung up on me. How am I supposed to resolve anything over the phone if they just hang up on you when you are asking too many questions?? Or ones that they don't want to answer.
From reading the other reviews it is obvious that this road has just turned into cash cow for the state of Colorado and they don't honestly care about the commuters or the people traveling the roads.
