The hotel was under renovation and we did not know...

The hotel was under renovation and we did not know about it.
Although they upgraded us to the renovated floors. But, there is no hotel atmosphere at all. Not recommended on renovation days.
The location is good. At the end of Oxford. Nice breakfast.
