My daughter visited this place today and found a hair in her ice cream and also noticed no one was wearing hair nets or gloves. I called and spoke to whom I believe was the manager, who appeared to be unbothered by this and rather grudgingly said we don t wear hair nets or gloves, that gloves just pass germs. Okay well what about changing your gloves for each new service? Are you kidding me? Especially in this pandemic and even if there was no pandemic this should be a regular practice just out of being sanitary. I just found this place, I actually enjoyed the ice cream and the hospitality and was planning on visiting again, however I will not return and I will let anyone that I know of my experience. This woman never even considered what I said or even budge to say I will look into it, she flat out stood by what she was saying.
