I needed a new SDD drive installed in my 2009 iMac DVD bay. I requested a quote via their website at 8:45 on a Sunday evening and they sent one out 10 minutes later, which astounded me. Even better, they understood exactly what I needed to be done without any questions. I dropped off the computer in their store and it was ready within the promised 24 hours. (Well -- 25 hours -- but close enough!) Everyone I communicated with -- in-store, and by email -- were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my experience.
