First time that I've experienced teamLab. It was a great visual experience! The venue consists of two floors with a Cafe, which I recommend to visit after you've explored the first half/bottom floor. If you think you are done for the day, try to look up on the internet if you have missed any rooms or not. The staff can point you into the right direction.

Take precaution and wear flat shoes to reduce your chance of falling in the dark rooms.
