I came to the park yesterday to activate a few season passes that I purchased online. When I came to the line to have my passes scanned and pictures taken I had one of the worst transactions ever! Jaden was extremely short, impatient and flat out rude! I usually have pretty good experiences when we visit. I really hope that this is not the customer service that I have to look forward to over the summer. She made me feel horrible! And all in front of my children. This young lady definitely needs a lesson in soft skills.
