I have purchased my last two vehicles from McCarthy and the sales teams has gone above and beyond my expectations. The part that I'm not happy with is the service department. When I bought my last car, a 2016 Chevy Impala there were scratches and scuff marks on the trunk and they asked me to bring it back and they would buff them out. When I picked up my car four days later, the scratches and scuff marks were still there. Today I took it in for an oil change and I said to the service guy the last time I was in and they rotated the tires, the sensor didn't match up with the tires. He said they probably forgot to reset it. When my car was ready the first thing I checked was my tire pressures and every tire was at a different psi. That tells me they didn't even check it and I might be expecting to much but I feel they should have put the correct psi in all of the tires. Three times I have had my car at McCarthy for service and three times they have let me down. Not sure I will be taking it back there for service and probably will not buy a vehicle from them in the future.
