I very much enjoyed my purchasing experience with Jun the sales Associate that was assigned to me at the Royal Oak BMW Gallery.He explained my car options to me very thoroughly and was very helpful in the negotiations. Jun was very responsive to my texts and questions. I felt valued as his customer and also Divina and Santiago complimented the purchasing experience.
