The service staff lacked ownership and were not customer centric. It was such an emotionally draining and frustrating stay!

We faced a very big huddle trying to get the hotel staff to receive our delivery package. It was very important to us because it contained my hubby s company laptop and we were flying home the next day. The hotel staff provided wrong and inconsistent information which resulted in the hotel rejecting the package the first time round. Subsequently, we had to communicate the same request to different service staff and via different means (face to face and email) but nobody bothered to record the request down. We had to repeat the story over again to the different staff. Nobody seemed to know what was going on and sent us on a wild goose chase and made us check back with the service staff repeatedly. It was very frustrating as we checked in late at night and was leaving the very next day to catch our flight.

To make matters worse, the service staff called us at 7.30am the next day to ask if we have checked out when we haven t. We were woken up from our sleep when we had a late night and was simply told to go back to sleep after they realised that they have made a mistake.

The repeated nonchalant attitude and lack of consideration for customers made the whole experience stressful despite the very short duration we stayed in the hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!
