We purchased our daughters bedroom set on Black Friday. They were waiting for the bed to come in before they would deliver it. It was expected to be in January 4th. As it got closer we called to see if we were still on target. We were told it wouldn't be in until January 14th.

A few days later we purchased 2 living room sets during their New Years Sale. Those were scheduled to be delivered January 25th.

We called a few days before the bedroom set was scheduled to be delivered and we were told that it wasn't scheduled to be delivered until the 25th. They were now waiting for the dresser (which was there when we originally ordered). The sales guy who took our order for the couches didn't split our order correctly so the dresser that was in stock was now sold.

Our couches came in a little early so everything was finally delivered a week early. To top off everything, I was transferring things into our end table and the drawer was broke. It wasn't anything I was able to fix so we called ahead and told them we were coming in to exchange it. Even though my husband called they were not proactive in putting it together. They started assembling it as my husband stood there. Finally as they were almost done a supervisor walks by and tells them they have the legs on upside down. Sick of waiting, he left and came back the next day. Since it had the same issue as our original end table we received we left it there and opted for a refund.

We haven't really had issues like this with Colder's in the past so it was rather disappointing.
