They are friendly, kind, and patient. You get through the line quickly, and in most cases your food is waiting for you at the drive thru window. And if not they kindly tell you where to park to wait on your order. It usually doesn't take more than 10 minutes to get your food after you park. And like all Chick-fil-A's all their food it great!
