You might understand this when I say I would rather go to the dentist than shop for a car on a dealership lot. However, it was time to replace my truck and I found exactly what I was looking for on the Belzer lot via Auto Trader (AT). Lucky for me my salesman was Bob Burke. I let Bob know right a way I was out of State (Illinois) and I had a bunch of questions regarding a truck on his lot. He answered all of my questions as best he could and he if he did not have the answer he always got back to me the same day - great communication. We had all of the negotiating done over the phone but I still had to figure out how to get the truck to me. I rented a car (one way) and drove 7 hours to pick it up and drive it home. Bob picked me up at the car rental return location by the dealership - on his day off. When we pulled into the lot my 16 F150 was front an center, detailed and looking brand new! Everything was exactly what we had talked about - no surprises! Additionaly, I had a good interest rate from my credit union but Bob was not only able to match it, he found a lower rate with a longer term - Win Win. There is no way I would have done all this if the deal was not great. I told Bob I had no idea how they sold me that truck at that price. He even topped the fuel off for my drive back to Illinois. I rarely review my purchases but in this case I had to. 10 out of 10!! Thank You Bob!
