I know my stay there was not a hotel but my word; it is so hard to get any rest with all the night nurses talking, talking, talking, how about observing quiet time so patients can rest. The floor nurses are completely incompetent they are more like secretaries. The CNA Annmarie was horrible, never changed my bedding in 3 days, it took her 6 hours to bring some ice water and don't dare to ask her for anything the attitude she gives off was terrible. My ER nurse David was fantastic but the rest of ER nurse ladies need to ease up on the attitude, one can't ask a question without a sarcastic answer. All in all I do not recommend Good Samaritan. Rather drive up to PGA. Ohhh almost forgot...not all spanish people are Mexicans nor non educated, I heard a terrible comment in the hallway while in the ER, if it wasn't because of the high fever and stomach pain I would of walked right out. Ignorant, racist people...who??! Of course an RN; how do I know..it was written on her shirt..RN. what a disappointment. Do these people understand they work in a hospital where people are sick and have needs??!!! TERRIBLE
