Terrible company (chosen by our "old" business ins...

Terrible company (chosen by our "old" business insurance company) to manage monthly payments. They WILL NOT communicate with you, emails are unanswered, phone calls are overseas (South Africa for my last call) where there are constant silences on both sides making it impossible for them to hear customers, and customers to hear them for a conversation. They send automated emails telling you to log into the My Premium Credit portal, but the login does not work, the password reset request does not work (send the email). Irony is the head office was in Epsom, then moved to Leatherhead which is just a few miles away. Crazy.
