Was not too impressed with this place, the management was great and always super helpful, same with maintenance. The only thing I didn't like was how there wasn't ever any parking, you'd end up parking on the street forever away from your apartment but you still paid 35 dollars or however much it costs for the parking pass. My apartment wasn't remodeled, when I first moved in, my sink had a huge rust mark down the middle, along with it being dirty. Also, there was mold growing in the toilet and above the shower (which was there when I moved in). The carpet is so matted and old when you vacuum you couldn't even tell a difference! You can live somewhere better and get your moneys worth in my opinion!!
