the hotel itself is great. very hip and functional...

the hotel itself is great. very hip and functional, if minimilastic appeals to you. unfortunately, service leaves a lot to be desired. there is a certain "attitude" which i have not had to deal with at other w hotels. however, the ambience and people are an experience in itself.
