I have been with the company 10 years. I wouldnt recommend this place of employment to anyone. They force you to work what ever hours they want. If you work third shift you will never get a weekend off because they have to make sure 1st gets there time off. Noone is held accountable for any actions. There training is the worst they put you on a li e load a part fpr you and walk away. Telling you to call maintenance if the cell goes down. Good luck getting the people that force you the hours to come in and show support because once again they get there weekends off. The managers have a run run run mentality 0 quality until we get an alert. And 9 out of 10 time they where made aware and shipped it anyhow. Then they point fingers and try to blame others. But other then that it is a great place to work
