AVOID MARKS ELECTRICAL AT ANY COST - THEY EARN JUST BY MAKING CUSTOMERS TO RETUN ORDERED GOODS AND CHARGE FOR CANCELLATION

Don't get deceived by their prices..they will earn back the remaining cost by coming to your doorstep and say some or other problems for not being able to fit new appliance, eventually making you to pay for re-delivery or a whopping 50 pounds to return it back

Worst customer service I have ever had.They are not helpful at all and will keep pointing to their Terms and conditions and say which is useless.

Just needed a bigger hole in the board below the sink for hose pipe and filter to go thru for dishwasher which they say they cant do and ripping off 50 pound for return cost.
Appliance fits nicely,power plugs in place,water connections in place but they still find some or other reason to not install the appliance and just get away with 50gbp for returned goods.

I believe they are roaming around with few appliances in stock taking to customer house just to say they cannot install for bla bla reason and pay 25 quid for redelivery setting up whatever they ask for or 50 quid if you cancel the order.

No option to give zero or negative rating else I would have given it.

awful awful AWFUL customer service - so even if you get just the appliance it will be nightmare to get something sorted through their customer service.

New appliance was not even bought into my house but being charged 50quid as for a simple reason that the hole on the board need to be of bigger diameter - which no customer would expect until engineer says

And no point of escalation in customer service - you have to write by letter or email if you need to raise complaint.

EVERY OTHER REVIEW OF THEIRS IN GOOGLE REVIEWS TELLS ABOUT THEIR AWFUL SERVICE - SO BETTER AVOID THEM - STAY SAFE
