Check in process... - 20 stars
Only took an hour and 19 minutes to check into the hotel. (And Hilton Honors members took about the same amount of time.) We started timing the process and most were 13 minutes to check ONE person in.

Cleanliness... 4 stars
Had adult diapers left in our room, so it shows they aren't checking everything.

Rooms... 5 stars
The pictures are accurate and the rooms are spacious.

Sound... 1 star
It is loud. Think cruise ship on land. Music late at night EVERY NIGHT that echos. With the time difference, it was a hard pill for me to swallow.

Staff... 4 stars
They apologized for the wait.

Valet... 5 stars
Super quick, friendly, and willing to lend a helping hand.

Check out process... -10 stars
This time I have proof. Only 20 ish minutes to check out. But not a single employee helping the regular folk.

So, in a nutshell, we survived. But will never choose to stay here again. Mainly due to the check in process, check out process, and loud music.
