My experience is that they used an audit of our policy to get more money out of us. They didn't want to hear my explanation as to why their audit was incorrect. The woman assigned to the case was just rude, like a nasty collection agent. Keep in mind this is an insurance company that we gave a lot of money to and never had any claims. But they treated us like utter garbage. When I disputed their figures, they just sent it to a collection attorney, outside of their company, and I feel like I subsequently was extorted into paying money we did not owe. I would give them the lowest recommendation possible.
